2005 Shiraz

Our favourite wine. If we had known how much we were going to enjoy this wine we might have planted the entire vineyard to Shiraz. In 2005 we were able to make two barriques worth (There is often only enough for a single barrique). Shiraz enjoys maturation  in American oak as least as much as French, so this vintage saw the wine being matured in barriques of both origin, being blended prior to bottling.
A significant number of cases have already been sold, so if you enjoy a good Shiraz, you might like to get your order in now!
